30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If the Resurfacer isn't right for you, email us at partners@renuexlabs.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your order. You don't need to return a half-used bottle, and you don't need to justify yourself.

Your statutory rights (EU)

If you're in the EU, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to this right, not a replacement for it.

Shipping & delivery times

Orders ship from our fulfilment partner and typically arrive within 10–20 days. Your 30-day guarantee period begins on the day your order is delivered, not the day you ordered. Import VAT is collected at checkout via IOSS, so no additional charges are due on delivery within the EU.

How to request a refund

Email partners@renuexlabs.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including any return costs.
